Mail! More squares!!

I received squares from Janell!   The fabric is beautiful!!   I am glad that she and I are swapping squares only.   It adds to my collection and gives me more pretty materials that are not item specific.

Suzanne decided to send all her squares and wishes out in a bunch.   Ambitious lady!!  I actually have all my squares cut but I still need to work on wishes.   Wishes are hard for me.   I want them to look nice and I always feel that they look like crap like a 5 year old did them.

 

We had another lady drop out of the swap.   It's too bad when you sign up for a swap and then someone drops out.   I completely understand if something happens, believe me..I Understand!   But with this swap going until next May that gives a person a lot of time to still participate.  I am sorry for the loss of her.

Pam is done with the girls quilts.   She was going to ship them to me today!!!!   I   C.A.N.   N.O.T.  W.A.I.T!!!     She was going to post photos on her site last night, but she must of gotta busy.   It is killing me!!  I want to see the photos so BAD!!   But as I tell my girls all the time Patience is a virtue.  Only I sure don't have any today!!

Quilts are almost done!!

Jordis and Tessa's quilts are almost complete!!   Pam will finish them at a quilt retreat this weekend and mail them to us on Monday!!    I am probably just as excited or more so than the girls!!    I am going to have such pretty materials for the next quilt.   Be that it is Casidi's or who it belongs to.   Only He knows at this point even though we are praying.  Since I lost my job and probably won't be able to get it back until the first of the year we won't have a clue who will be our next and LAST daughter.   Like I said, He knows but isn't telling us anything!!

I will post photos of the girls quilts as soon as I have them.

I received a square from Janell.   She and I are just swapping material.   Beautiful material!! 

Then while I was gone for the weekend I received a package from The Northrop Family.   I think this is for the Asian Swap but it could be for the Nature Swap too!   What ever it is for it is gorgeous!  

Can't wait for this week and maybe more new fabric!!

Couldn't help myself!

Up and awake early this morning.   Finished cutting my squares for the next several themes of our swap.   These are the last two squares and wishes I sent out.

It is so much fun to go to our mailbox and find something other than bills and sale catalogs!  Right now with Christmas lurking around the corner I have been getting All kinds of catalogs.   Some of them are really interesting and actually I like the convenience of shopping on line.   Mostly because if I have to shop with girls in tow it is hard to buy them something without their knowing.   So if I can buy it on line it comes when they are in school and I can have it hid before they come home on the bus.
