more squishes!

How exciting to get two packages of wishes and squares today in the mail!   One was from Surprise, AZ and the other from Tulsa, OK.

Sindy's ladybugs are so cute and petite!

I sent my nature wishes out today.   They weren't to be sent out unil the end of November but I had them done and decided to send them!   I have my next swap material washed and will start cutting it soon.   Then I will work on the wishes.   It is not due out until the end of January.   It is Asian themed.

And it had some very pretty ladybug fabric!   In fact, it looked a lot like the one I picked out, just a different color!   Some fabrics are going to be pretty close to what someone else has chosen.    But that is okay, all the fabric is beautiful!!

Janell's squares and wishes arrived yesterday.   I love the ladybugs!

Quilts in progress....

Our quilt lady is working on Tessa and Jordis' quilts.   They are both going to be sashing quilts.   The backing for Tessa's quilt is Asian umbrellas.   It is going to be so pretty!
Here is Jordis' quilt.

She has to do the borders and I am not sure if she will quilt them or take them to someone with a long arm.   Both quilts will be more than a twin size when done.   And here is Tessa's.

A new swap in progress!

I have joined some wonderful ladies who are swapping right now.   Most of them are in the waiting stage.   We are in the holding pattern.   Hope to hear good news soon if we can continue or look at our other options.

We are swapping over a period of time.   For September we are swapping ladybugs!   Ladybugs are very lucky in the adoption community.   When ladybugs start appearing on plants outside something good is on it's way.
